Junior Church

The Junior Church at Huntington Methodist Church meets on a Sunday morning at 10.20am.
Usually we go into church for the first couple of hymns before dividing into our groups.
Then there's a jam-packed session of activities until 11.30am.
Other activities include fun days, open mornings, and outings. |

We use Scripture Union resources to explore and develop our teenagers' faith. We enjoy drama, discussion and developing our social responsibility. |

Youth Activities |
|
For our young people (11years upwards) we have a Youth Fellowship (which everyone
refers to as Bob Club) on the last Sunday evening of each month, held in the large
meeting room at church from 8pm to 9.15pm.

| Other Activities |
|
Our Junior Church are encouraged to take part in Sunday worship. We have an annual Open Morning service and at Christmas we always perform a Nativity play. This year there will also be a Christingle and we are organising a Posada where figures of Mary and Joseph will travel from home to home during advent..
There is also a Christmas party/bowling, a summer family day out (usually to Dalby Forest) and a fun day.
The Junior Church are a very important and valued part of our Church Family and we always enjoy our time together.
